Where is CBF Retreat 2026 taking place?
CBF Retreat 2026 is being held at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa. All planned events for Retreat will be onsite at this location. Retreat 2026 registrants must stay at our host hotel or designated overflow hotels.
Which airport should I fly into?
The nearest airport to Arizona Grand is Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX).
How do I get to the hotel?
Take an Uber, Lyft or taxi from the airport. There is no hotel/airport shuttle.
NOTE: If you are leaving the hotel early in the morning or later at night to catch a flight, make a reservation for a pick-up with the bell desk and verify the price!
There is valet and self-parking available onsite at the hotel. Parking is included with the resort fee.
Do I have to stay at the host hotel, the Arizona Grand?
Yes, Retreat 2026 registrants must stay at our host hotel or designated overflow hotels. We have a killer discounted room rate starting at $189/night (includes negotiated resort fee). Access to the Arizona Grand Oasis (7-acre water park) is also included in your resort fee.
How much time should I set aside to attend?
We’re providing two full days of training and networking. You can decide to upgrade your experience with the extra training day, Advantage Day, to make this a three-day event.
We recommend arriving the day before and leaving the day after so you have time to make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and be rested and ready to spring into action when you get home.
All days start at 8:30 am and end at 5:30 pm. Don't leave early and miss the end! On Thursday evening, we welcome everyone back in the main ballroom for CBF Round Tables, our very popular discussion tables moderated by our coaches and advanced CBF members. On Wednesday evening, we will host a VIP Welcome Reception for those that upgrade to kick off this event!
What's the difference between CBF Live and CBF Retreat?
CBF Live is our annual training event open to the residential cleaning public. CBF Retreat is our annual training event exclusively for our CBF members and grads. It's the annual family reunion! We go deeper into CBF principles and implementation and provide more time for collaboration. If you are a CBF member or grad and have to choose to come to CBF Live or Retreat...choose CBF Retreat.
What's Advantage Day?
Advantage Day is our workshop-style 1-day training event the day before CBF Retreat. It's a limited small group event for those who choose to uplevel their experience an extra day of intensive training. Advantage Day always focuses on a specific topic that's relevant right now.
Is any food and beverage include this year?
If you choose to add our VIP Upgrade to your registration, you receive breakfast, morning coffee and tea, buffet lunch and afternoon treats both days of Retreat, Thursday and Friday. VIP Upgrade is an optional add-on for an additional fee. You will have the option to add VIP when you register.
Is CBF Retreat 2026 worth it?
Yes! It's the annual family reunion event! We go deeper on how to implement CBF in your business and there's more built-in time for discussion, collaboration, and Q&A at Retreat.
